Returns and exchanges
You won’t have to worry about delivery charges in case of a return or an exchange, they’re on us. You have 30 days as of the day you placed your order to return an item that is defective or that you are not satisfied with.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, with labels intact and inside their original package. ShoeShoeBags® reserves the right to decline a return or a refund request if the product has been used or damaged.
The quality of our products is our priority. We perform rigorous quality control on every item before shipping and will not hesitate to exchange a defective item. We invite you to contact us immediately after reception of the package for instructions on a return or an exchange. All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days following the reception of the item.
Once we receive the item to be exchanged, we will immediately process your request and ship you the replacement item in the quickest delays, at no extra charge.
In case of stock shortage, we will refund your account upon reception of the returned item.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method initially used. The typical delay is 5 to 10 business days following the reception of your returned item. An email will be sent to you confirming the refund has been processed.
How to send back your package
Contact our customer service before returning your package at email@example.com and specify the model and color you wish to return as well as the reason for the return. Please provide us with your name and invoice number. We will offer you an exchange or a store credit. We will gladly explain to you the procedure.
