Orders

An email confirmation will be sent by ShoeShoeBags® at the email address provided during your purchase within 24hrs after completing your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact info@shoeshoebags.com
Shipping is subject to availability as stocks are not guaranteed at the time of purchase. In case of a stock shortage while we process your order, we will inform you in the quickest delays and will refund your credit card.
Purchases made during statutory holiday may be slightly delayed. All articles purchased on sale are considered a final sale. No exchange, refund or returns.

All prices displayed online are in US Dollars (USD).

Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery charges for standard orders within Canada and United States are on us. Custom import fees, taxes and brokerage fees are at the customer’s expense.

It may take up to 5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed during the weekend or on a statutory holiday will be processed the following business day. Should we expect longer delays, we will contact you to advise you.
